Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
You may return an item within 14 days of your purchase, with the exception of custom items. We do not refund original shipping and you must pay the return shipping.How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

Custom items are considered final sale and are non-returnable. Merchandise that is not in like-new condition will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Non-custom items are eligible for a full refund less original shipping fees. In the unlikely event that an item is lost in transit, a refund will not be given. First Class shipping does not include insurance. Please upgrade shipping to ensure that a claim can be filed if an item is not received. In the unlikely event that an item is lost in transit, Silver Statements is happy to work with you and USPS to recover the items whenever possible.
•When and item is marked as delivered, it is considered delivered.
We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Non-custom leashes and collars are eligible for exchange. If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request an exchange. You will be subject to return shipping costs.
We do not offer any price adjustments on previous purchases.
Refunds and/or returns will not be processed for non-receipt due to refusal to pay customs duties, VAT, taxes or other applied fees. Any customs or duties fees are not included in the price of your international order. Customs, duties, taxes or any other charges for the delivery, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs, duties, and taxes vary by country. International shipments can be delayed by customs. Check with your local post office to make sure you have not missed a notice that your package is held at customs.
